Another day down!
Today was an ok day (food wise). We went to the beach and had fun playing around and collecting sea shells. I have had really bad munchies the last couple of days, but I am happy to report that I have not given in and gone for things that I shouldn't eat! :) Yesterday I went to Costco and bought some really yummy stuff that's calorie friendly! So here is the break down of today's calories
Breakfast 250 cal
Jimmy Dean English muffin, egg whites, and cheese
Lunch 415 cal
Turkey meat 2 oz
Torta bun
Mayo with olive oil 1 tbs
Mustard
Pickle
Simply natural white cheddar puffs (32 pieces)
Dinner 230
Tilapia - parm pesto crusted ( from Costco, sooooo delish!)
Couscous (1/2 cup)
Snacks 430
90 calorie brownie
Skinny cow icecream cone
Skinny cow candy bar
String cheese
Total calories 1325
Excercise 122 calories burned
I'm not as full of good tips like Shelley, but I must say that my healthy tip for the day is ... Shop at Costco! Costco has some great food for reasonable calories! Those jimmy dean turkey breakfast sandwiches are super yummy and are a nice change in my breakfast routine. Also I don't really like fish, but I know it's good for you and not very high in calories. So on a whim I bought the tilapia and holy cow it was soooo good!! Not only was it fantastic but it was also very filling and satisfying! My dinner tonight didn't feel at all like I was dieting! It was GREAT!
Well I'm tired and church is early so, I'm headed to bed.
