Shelley: Day 13 - Water, Water, Water!
This is going to be very quick since it's late and Jason is in California again so I need all the energy I can muster. I am so darn close to that first ten pounds I can almost taste it! I didn't get to the gym today as J needed a ride to the airport during my critical work out time. I had planned to get a video in or something but had too many things that needed to be done tonight.
I made an amazing, and by amazing I mean the best meal I have ever cooked tonight and it was just me to eat it. . .alas, I'll just have to try to get lucky and make it as good as I did tonight when Jason gets back. It was extremely healthy and came from the Weight Watchers 20-Minute Meals book. When I have more time I'll give all the details but I do want to note that the white wine on my list tonight I used in the cooking (SO STOP JUDGING, I didn't drink it;)).

BMR CALC: 1821-(1,324+100 for extra random snitching) = 397 Deficit (3800 Calories=1lb)
The late night snacking got me tonight! I'm still under but not what I should be. I did fabulously all day long and should have been killing it tonight. I really have to get this munching bug under stricter control.
TODAY's TIP: Water, Water, Water!!!
If you want to slim down you need to give your body what is really needs. . .water! Appropriate water intake helps your metabolism be at its most efficient and it doubles as an appetite suppressant. So keep downing that H2O!!!
