Shelley: Day 1

Happy New Year! Today is the day! I've done my BMR calculation and the result is 1821 calories. Every calorie less than that I eat each day is a step closer to a pound lost. 3800 calories is equal to one pound. I've decided to try out a new app, Lose It. It was rated as one of the best and is free! Anyone that wants to join the party, let me know! I'll check in later with an update on my first day!
