Shelley: Day 58 - Muscle Mania!
For those of you who don't know what I look like, the photo above is not me. I'm just not that fit. But it's inspiration. Thinspiration, if you will. It's day 58 and I'm finally sliding down the scale again. I've been running at least five miles every day and doing 35-45 minutes of weight lifting. It's amazing to see muscles beginning to be visible again. I think I'm going to take measurements today so I can appreciate my changes since actual loss isn't going quickly but my body is really changing shape, which I care more about anyway. I've been a little more relaxed with my food since I'm burning around 900 calories with exercise every day. I love exercise! Now that I'm getting fitter I just want more. I guess I just have an addictive personality but it's nice to see it used for good instead of unhealthy weight gain. I'm down 26.7 Lbs!
