Despite being a bit sore from my Pilates class I have had a great day! I took my kiddos to the zoo today and we walked all over the place. The San Diego zoo is huge and so much fun. I got a good workout in as I pushed the stroller up hills and down and carried a 16 lb baby all over the zoo. We had a great day and I felt so energized! I love making better eating choices and getting healthy, I just feel so much better, physically and emotionally! Anyhow, here is my breakdown for the day:
Breakfast 148 cal
1 cup Cheerios
1/2 cup skim milk
Lunch 285 cal
2 slices bread
2 oz turkey deli meat
1 wedge laughing cow cheese
Dinner 586 cal
1 1/2 homemade spaghetti w/ meat sauce
1 cup skim milk
Snacks 332
Fiber one brownie
Skinny cow ice cream cone (sooooo good)
2 slices chocolate orange
Exercise 246 calories burned
Total calories - calories burned = 1106
I have a bit of the munchies tonight, so I am going to drink some more water and head to bed before I blow my day. So until tomorrow... Happy Dieting!
