Katie day 5

Hi all! Happy Monday :)
Well today was a good day and I am really tired so in making this post short. I didn't end up going to ballet class cause I can't find my ballet shoes but I am planning on going to a Pilates class on Wednesday and can't wait! 
I did really good today and although I got really hungry at dinner time and became a bit of a grouch I didn't blow it (go me) and I felt very satisfied after dinner. Here is a quick breakdown of what I ate today

Breakfast
Cheerios and milk 
Granola bar

Lunch
Turkey sandwich with mustard, and laughing cow cheese
Dried apple slices ( I love these cause I pretend they are chips and I get my chip crunch for very little calories)

Dinner
Eggplant parm
Tritip
Steamed squash

Snacks
Dried fruit slices
Giradelli chocolate square
Hot cocoa
3 gingerbread mini men

Total calories 1280

Yay the first few days are done and that is always the hardest for me! Keep it up ladies! Skinny jeans here we come! :)
