Shelley: Day 20 - Weighing In!
So close to 13 lbs lost I can taste it! I have a deal with Jason that every 20 lbs he has to take me to dinner at my very favorite place on the planet to eat, Spencer's. I'm really looking forward to it!
I'm so motivated right now. All I want to do is peel away this weight as fast as I can. I know I have to take it a bit slow or it will all just come back but the war is on and I am sooooo determined!
I'm loving seeing your guy's progress. It's so exciting to me!

TODAY'S TIP: If your a compulsive weigh-er of yourself you'll probably have noticed that sometimes you're up and sometimes you're down. The best way to keep yourself from insanity is to weigh yourself only once a week and under the same conditions. I prefer to weigh-in after a work out and before I've eaten lunch. That's usually my low point for the day.
