I haven't blogged because I've been sick as a dog. It turns out handling all of my kid's illnesses wasn't enough. I had to get the flu. I barely ate yesterday since everything sounded horrible but I made sure to stuff a few healthy items in my to keep me going. I don't want to burn all this muscle I've been building. So Cindy is out, STORM WALKING, (walking a full blown snow storm), and Annie, is letting her knee heal up and planning to see us at the gym tomorrow night at 8. If Annie's knee is doing OK we'll knock out some cardio, if not, we'll hit the weights and avoid the knee! Funny, how joints are like children, they demand so much attention and catering! I have a bum hip that likes to dictate to me!
