Shelley: Day 29 - Change it up Bosu style!
It's day 29 and I'm realizing that the harder I work out the hungrier I get. After my long workout yesterday I really had to work to control my need to snack. I worked out again today but just did a little over a two mile run and then weights. I decided to switch it up today to keep my body from getting complacent. I busted out the Bosu ball (More in Today's Tip).
I'm super gross (I REALLY need a shower) so I'm going to make this quick and hit the shower.

BMR CALC: (1,769+433)-1,302=900 Calorie Deficit (3.800 Cals= 1 Lb)
I'm trying really hard to lose that last two pounds before the end of the month. I have a two hour workout scheduled for tomorrow and I plan to do mostly cardio to really drop calories. It's not likely that I'll drop two whole pounds but I'm still going to try!
TODAY'S TIP: Change it up Bosu Style!
If you want to add a little challenge and interest to your workout a Bosu Ball is awesome. I use it to stand on while I do my arm workout. I try to do at least one set of everything balancing on one leg which really helps me strengthen my core and just become stronger in general. I generally use it in regular exercises to add a little challenge.
