Shelley: Day 22 - Keep on Trucking!


It's day 22 and I'm doing great!  Cannon has surgery tomorrow so this is going to be VERY short with no tip.  We were invited to go to dinner at someone's house and I was so concerned there wouldn't be anything I'd be able to eat without blowing my diet I didn't eat most of the day to save calories in case dinner was calorie heavy.  It turned out I was so busy feeding the three kids (Jason is in CA) that I didn't eat much at all and fortunately, she wasn't a heavy handed butter user.  

I'm not sure how accurate my calories for today are but I definitely sided on the side of caution.

So here's today's breakdown as far as I can guess:

So far I'm down 13.2 lbs.  I'm just itching to work out crazy hard and get rid of the rest of this but I took a bad fall on Sunday and the top of my foot has a huge hole in it.  I worked out on Monday anyway but definitely make things worse.  I took today off from working out in the hopes it will heal by Friday.  If Cannon is doing OK I may try to hit the gym Friday but either way I am going to keep an iron fist on my diet until I get back in the gym.

Katie, I'm dying to hear how you're doing!  Cindy, you're looking good!  Let us know how it's going!  Amy, if you're reading this, I'll have you set up soon.  I just need to get Cannon through his surgery and then I'll give you a ring.
