Day 11 and going strong. I have been awesome, as far as eating goes but I did go back up to 195 I'm guessing because I couldn't eat or drink much for a few days thanks to the flu, this is my body rehydrating. I feel like I look a bit better though. I decided, this time around I'm going to post pictures every so often so I have to be honest with myself. So, here's picture number one:
I'll probably post one every month or so and then make a side by side comparison just for kicks at the end.
Here's today's breakdown:
Kind of a weird day. I ended up making three dinners for my kids (I know, push over!!). As a consequence, I had a bite or two of a few things which I decided to count under Ransom Food. I worked out today and it was awesome! Today was the first day I didn't get dizzy at all while working out (flu be gone!).
BMR CALC: (1,729+1,056)-1,934=851 Calorie Deficit Today (3,800 Cals = 1 Lb)
TODAY'S TIP: NO STARVING!!!
SO many people think of "dieting" as something they have to go crazy on! I've done it too! I get so enthusiastic that I end up starving myself which is actually the opposite of helpful. The best thing you can do is eat the right amount of calories and good nutrition. When you starve yourself you end up signaling to your body, look out - no more food - save - save- save!. From there, your body hangs on to everything it can. EVERYTHING. So even though it's tempting to go full ninja crazy, it's better to find a moderate, nutritious diet. You'll be able to live it longer and you won't hate every day. I can say all of this from experience! The best thing that ever happened to me was calorie counting! Yay for Loseit!
