I've felt so happy all day knowing that we're doing this -- together!  Had a wee bit of trouble with my heart-rate monitor today -- apparently I had no heart rate.  LUCKILY I know better and felt awesome.

    Annie, I'm so glad you're heart is still beating. If I believed 7 of the 9 heart rate monitors I've had this year I'd already have a plot at Wasatch Lawns. I'm so glad you're doing this with us. Nothing motivates me more than watching others succeed! You're awesome!
