Katie Day 3
Well day 3 is over and I feel so good! I had really bad munchies today around 4:30 so I began making an early dinner. It was really good! I made meditranian couscus, green beans, and Tilapia! I am not a fan of fish but this tlapia from Costco is soooo good and really low in calories! Around 7:30 I was hungry again and wanted to eat but instead I went swimming! GO ME! I swam laps for 30 minutes and it felt awesome! I can't wait to swim again tomorrow night. Bonus = I burned calories while doing a low impact exercise and had a great time doing it, my body is tired and a little sore but it feels so good! Here is my calorie break down:
Breakfast = 150
Granola Bar {not the best choice but we were running late and I could eat it in the car
Lunch = 300
Frozen Burrito (from costco shreeded steak and cheese, sooo good)
Dinner = 195
Basil Pesto TIlapia
Mediterranean Curry couscous 1/4 cup ( I just realized I could have had 1 cup oh well)
Green Beans 1/2 cup
Snacks = 620
2 slices of toast
1 Tbs Jiff peanut butter
Milano chocolate cookies - 3
Granola Bar
Exercise = 302 calories burned
15 minutes freestyle laps = 124 calories burned
15 minutes breaststroke = 178 calories burned
Im feeling good! Day 3 is over which means the hardest days are behind me! I always struggle with munchies the first 3 days. I made it through and am feeling empowered. I love it when I am in control and practice self restraint.
