Day One - WELCOME!
I'll be blogging my personal update tonight but I just wanted to express my super excitement and dedication! I've taken all my measurements: Neck, bicep, waist, hips, thigh, and calves. I've also done my initial weigh in and though I not super excited with the number is SO MUCH BETTER than where I was at this point last year, so I can't be too grumpy.
Ladies, please send me your current weight and goal weight ASAP so I can set up your tickers. The only thing better than updating your ticker with all those lost pounds is the way your clothes fit as you drop the weight!
I'm using LoseIt to track my calories and exercise. My Fitness Pal has more info but since I'm a pattern eater it doesn't make much difference to me and I prefer the LoseIt interface.
