Shelley: Day 53 - 10 Mile Marker!


I don't have a lot of time so this is going to be brief and I'm hoping to write a more comprehensive post soon!  I'm still on track and doing well.  I'm .01 Lbs away from 25 Lbs lost!  

Today, just to see if I could, I ran 10 miles.  I actually don't feel terrible and am surprised by how much my overall fitness has improved.

Yesterday was my night off, so don't judge the food too harshly!

I normally wouldn't have had a problem but because Cannon had a doctor's appointment I didn't go running and boy does it show!  I'm doing fabulously today however.  In addition to my run I also worked out burning a total of 1,651 calories. So, I'd say I've done my penance for yesterday's indulgence.

No time for a tip today but I'll be blogging again soon!
