Shelley: Day 36 - Munching Rampage!!
Day 36 and I've crossed my first significant milestone! I weighed in this morning and am 20.9 Lbs down!! It's nice to be past that first 20. Now I've set my sights on the next 20. I've been working out. I try to run about 4 miles a day (Except Tuesday, I have to clean some time!) and to weight lift as well.
I had a SERIOUS attack of the munchies Monday as you will see when I post my calorie intake. The good news is I kept it under my BMR but I definitely over-did it! I've been much better yesterday and today.

I just got my new heart rate monitor and I can't wait to test it out tomorrow. I need to stop and get batteries for it but it's exciting I'll have a working heart rate monitor again.
TODAY'S TIP: Skinny Pop! I am a munch-er/grazer. Thank goodness for fabulous treats like Skinny Pop. I use it as a quick snack when I want to just chew on something (I am not a gum person.). It's nice to have it pre-popped as I can have just a cup or as much as I choose. Each cup is 39 calories. I usually weigh mine as I have found that to be far more accurate than using a measuring cup.
