Cindy and February

So....February came and went. I turned 45, Eliza turned 17, Valentines came and went, I went to New York for work and I kept training for my 10k.(We are now running about 30 minutes at a time averaging 3.5 miles total per run, 3 x a week.) I am not quite the exercise animal Shelly is but I too find that if I work out I am more hungry. My goal was 20 lbs I only made a little over 16. February was hard....too many temptations. However, I did learn that you can drink a ton of water while traveling and you can use the hotel's exercise room all night. I am feeling recharged and ready to knock March out of the water!!! Until then......Spring has Sprung.

  1. Cindy, that's awesome!!! You are doing fabulously! The hardest part is not giving up when the scale isn't as rewarding as we'd hope. You are amazing!
