Day 2: Happy New Year! Also, Get Lost Fat!
So it's the new year, and I am ready for a fresh start. Last year I totally hit the f(*& it button and just put my head down and worked. Since my kids got ejected from the gym I've been a little hamstrung as far as working out goes. But I've decided 2018 will not be held hostage by my weight! I'm so over being fat. I know we're supposed to accept our bodies and all that garbage, but seriously, being fat is just plain uncomfortable. My doctor wrote me a prescription for Phentermine and I decided, before I go that route, I should just suck it up and eat right. So here I am; the only way I have ever been successful is to blog about what I'm doing. No excuses, only action and honesty. If I'm not being honest with myself, I won't drop an ounce. The reality is that I need to stop eating so much and stop this vicious snacking cycle I've gotten myself into. I'm going to post what I eat each day and update my ticker so I can watch my weight drop. That's one of the best motivators I've ever used! Bring it on 2018, I'm ready for change and my will is strong!! Grrrrr! (Picture a New Zealand Haka)!!
